Week 1 (again)

Well I'm back on track this week since Wednesday, I weighed myself at the gym and I've gone back up to 164lbs which is not ideal!

So on 29pp

Week 1: 164lb

Exercise so far:
Wednesday: 11km cycle in 35 mins
Thursday: 10 min run, 10 min cycle and 10 min cross trainer.

Need all the help I can get :( I'm finding it difficult to get in exercise as a lot of the time I'm doing 6.30am starts and spending all day in hospital then coming home to study. I'm shattered!
