It's my second day of joining weight watchers for the first time! Reek very excited so far is going really well not felt hungry once!

Food Diary For Today
Breakfast:
Strawberries And Bananas - 0PP
Weight Watchers Bread x2 - 2PP
Low Fat Spread 10g - 1PP
Baked Beans 105g - 3PP

Mid Morning:
Banana - 0PP

Lunch:
WW Wrap - 3PP
Skinless Chicken Breast 120g - 4PP
WW Cheese 20g - 2PP

Mid Afternoon:
WW Cheese Puffs - 2PP
Banana - 0PP

Dinner:
Skinless Chicken Breast 120g - 4PP
30g Sweetcorn - 1PP
Potatoes 250g - 5PP
Gravy 20g - 2PP

Evening:
WW Yougart - 1PP
Grapes - 0PP
Wafer - 2PP

Total:
32/32 PP Used

Am I doing this right? If so I'd apprichaite if someone could let me no thanks!! :)
 
Hi, you sound like your doing fab. Good luck on your WW journey. I look forward ti following it. This site has been so much support for me, I don't think I'd have done as well as I have without it :)

You're doing excellent, Im into my 4th week, and im loving every second. Jealous of your extra 3 points u have compared to me, thats 3 hole jaffa cakes lol x x x

Hi thanks I was just a little worried cause seems like a lot of food to eat to loose weight! If the scales show good numbers this is like the best diet ever :) x

I'm am lucky got a good few points to go into plus weekly allowance swell dunno if I can fit it all in! But sure I'll try ;) xx
