Week 1 - Feeling down & think I have gained :(

Just an update :D

I have been following the plan strictly for the past 3 weeks and I have lost 5 pounds! I am so happy and I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who has helped me with advice/syn values etc... so chuffed! :D xx
 
well done! it just takes some motivation try to vary your meals as much as you can and i hope youve stopped checking the scales .. keep it up :D
 
Thanks hun, yes i have tried not to. I just keep it down to once every 1-2 weeks and that has helped alot :p I'm just really craving a pizza at the moment! Think I'm going to try green tea aswel so I'm hoping that will help x
 
You can do it.
I agree with ditching the scales and weighing once a week.
Also agree add more fruit and veg.
I also had 2 stones (ish) to lose and did it in 7 months.
