1/2 Packet of Batchelors Golden Savoury Rice

Bread crumbs 1 slice 400g wholemeal( HEB 1/2)
Chips/Wedges - Slimming world

New start my next goal is 8lb ... Weigh in every wednesday. dedication is 100% now ! Todays activity is 40mins power walking (The only chance i get to fit any exercise in )back to my Pilates and Gym Sesh's soon I hope once i loose a few more lbs ... Until then i will stick with the power walking wherever possible.
