Week 1 - Result!

I lost 14lbs in my first week. Extremely chuffed...

I cheated last night a little, missed one of my milkshakes and had a high protein/low carb 400 calorie meal.

But straight back on this morning...

Would love 6/7 lbs this week... and if I get through this week, think I'll be motivated to do it in the long run...

Wow, brilliant 1st week. Well done. I'm starting today beginning with a Vegetable soup. Hope it tastes as nice as it smells.
