Week 1 results

I lost 14lbs, thanks to everyone for your words of encouragement and getting me through the worst week of my life! Hot shakes are so much better!

Not much to be fair just peeing allot, the hot shakes definitely help though, don't know if I am fit to exercise this week still very weak
 
I didn't feel able to exercise until about end of week three. Don't start with huge bouts of cardio, stick to some good resistance work. Pilates is really good. Using a kettelbell is good exercise. Shape.com has some really good excercise routines all about toning ect. X
 
Can I join? I started today. Will weigh in every Friday. Weight this morning was 15stone.
