    Have just had my first week weight in. 6 1/2 pounds off!!!! So happy! :D

    thats really good!! i bet you are over the moon with that fab weight loss. i really like the ss plan, no working out 'points', just dividing things by 25 to get the checks. do u go to a class??
    im cheating slightly as im going to ww weekly but never really liked the new plan and have struggled to get down to my goal weight so pulled out my ss book and have started that again while still getting weighed at ww weekly! id already lost 17lbs with ww and now 3lbs with ss, just 8.5lbs to go and then i will try and learn to maintain.
