Okay so had a cheeky peek at the scales this morning and am at the same weight as Saturday - 12st2lbs. Am a bit disappointed as was 100% all weekend and am only on day 9 and any plateaus I've read about here seem to happen way later. Am so worried that the weightloss is going to completely stop after a great first week. Does anyone have any words of wisdom? I don't want to wobble off track after 1 small setback..
Hey Mindy Plateaus are annoying, but you'll break through them. I mean, if you look at your average weightloss over a week, not day to day, then you'll really see the difference. If your period's due soon that could affect weight, also humidity can cause water retention. You are doing great, don't worry, it's not all come to a stop!

Heya Kami! Doing ok today. Not v hungry which is good but the scales have stayed stuck on 12st2 for the past three days am going for a long walk at lunchtime, am drinking an extra litre of water and really hoping that the scales budge tomorrow.

Week 2 W.I.- another 4 pounds off!! So that's 1 stone in 2 weeks. Had a little plateau earlier this week but turns out I was a bit ahem 'bunged up' (sorry for the oversharing!!). Am now 11st12lbs. Next goal is 11st7.
Okayish, heading out to a friend's housewarming in a bit. I'm bringing snacks and the plan is for everyone to order takeaway, so it'll be a tempting evening. Won't give in though!
