Week 1 weigh-in of my re-start

and i have lost 10lbs. :):):)

i am so pleased as i have found it really tough this time to get through the first week. i have even cheated twice and ate small amounts of ham and cheese.

i was 100% last time so am a bit shocked at myself for cheating this time..

but i can't argue with the loss of 10lbs!!
