    Current Weight:

    Goal Weight:

    Lost(%):
    0st13.8lb(7.95%)
    Diet:
    IF/5:2/juddd......
    Managed to do 100% TFR, no cheating and have lost 5lbs. If I'm honest, I'm a little disappointed but at least its in the right direction. I know this diet works so I won't give up, I've only got 25lbs to go.

    That is still pretty good Gina, you are not that far off being a healthy bmi so it is bound to get harder. Just keep at it and you will be there in no time.
