13 lbs ! V happy.. but have started the re- feed programme today of 2 shakes a day and protein and salad or veg for the next week. My cravings were too bad.. But I have now switched over to the re-feed board.x

well done what a great start :D and even with 2 shakes and a meal your still going to lose weight.
you have to do what is right for you so well done in doing what will help you lose weight very proud of you
