I didn't weigh myslef before I started Exante so I am not sure what I lost the first week, lost just over 6lbs week 2 and am now part way through week 3. I had lost weight previously with WeightWatchers but it was slowly creeping back so I started Exante. So far, so good. I feel really motivated to carry on as the weight seems to be falling off so quickly. I am really hoping that this time I will finally get to my target weight - at least, I am going to give it my best shot!
