Week 1 WI and...

now I OFFICIALLY love this diet. Ok, so I know I have said this a few times over the past week but now the scales have given me their verdict I am even happier.

And the verdict is......

4LBS OFF!!! :bliss: hurrrrrrahhhhhh!!

And I can't believe it to be honest considering the weekend I had with the pizza and hotel 3 course meal! But it looks as though being good most of the time and doing exercise combined with following the WW points plan is just what I need. I feel like I could stick to this forever, its so easy! Compared to other diets I have done this just does not feel like a diet to me, it just means I make more calculated and sensible choices, and I think to myself "do I REALLY want this or would I rather save the points for X later on?" and more often than not I decide that no, I DONT really want it, and leave it in the cupboard/shelf/fridge where in the past I would have just wolfed it down without thinking.

So anyhoo, here's to an equally successful week 2! At this rate I will be at a healthy BMI in no time :D
