Said I wouldn't WI this week since I had some time off plan but still lost (and kept off) 3lbs! It's not major but it's more than I would have lost if I hadn't done Exante and watched what I ate, plus I know that even if I calorie counted and busted my butt in the gym I still wouldn't have gotten the 2lb average weight loss for the week! So here's to 3 lbs gone forever and let's hope this second week proves to be a great one! xx
