WEEK 1 WI - so relieved(not literally)

    Hi all

    First WI today and nine and three quarter pounds off. I said mark as nine but the CDC said the three quarters was as important!!!
    I had the cottage cheese and celery slight blip so might have been ten - but hey ho really pleased with the first week.

    At least it spurs you to carry on!

    As for the relieved, I wish I was, the dreaded constipation has started already - boo!!! Suppositories at the ready just in case - lol
