Not be a negative nelly (because that's a great first week's loss) but just a reminder that week 1 is always a lot more than other weeks. (Because that's when you're losing the glycogen and the water that it contains.) It's all fat-loss from here on in though.
I only felt the need to mention it, because the first time I was on the program I didn't know this, and got a bit disheartened that the following weeks were much less for me.
Am over the moon and looking (perhaps optomistically ) for another 6/7 this week. Really didn't expect this good a loss as I went (literally - in the car) straight from WW where I lost 2st in three months to LT.
