    10LBS LOSS! whoop whoop sorry for shouting but so happy :) just a tiny bit worried as had a slip up (grilled chicken and salad pitta and about 6 biscuits) i hope it does not cause too much trouble in my wi next week :)

    Shout away!!! I shout from teh through tops sometimes! It is so exciting.
    10lbs is an amazing loss and you have every right to shout out loud.

    thanks every one :) im really struggling today so its great to have so many nice messages to help keep me focused - gona have an early night to keep me out of the fridge :)
