Drinks: 200cal for milk to use in coffee an tea. Still raspberry water with a hint of apple 21cal
Total cal: 838cal so far...562 left.

Sorry been away from the site for a week - you're on RC week one and allowed 1400 cals a day???

I thought the first 2 weeks were 1200 only.

Everything seems fine as long as you've not used butter in the sandwich
