Week 10 Weigh in, into double figures !!

Silver Member
Just got back from chemist and to make up for the hellish night last night (me and gf split) I have managed to lose 5 lbs so chuffed to bits.

Am determined not to comfort eat or get sidetracked from this because of split so any tips on moving on?

I have my 8 yr old daughter with me for the next week :):):) so will be ok there cos we always have fun, just worried bout occupying myself when shes gone.

Ho hum, cracking loss though even if i say so myself :p

Well done on the 5lbs hunni... soz, about the bird!
You can't comfort eat, you are on a TFR so there's that problem gone... As for after your daugther has gone...get a hobbie, go to the gym more often... or you could go all gay, and do face packs, wraps and pluck or curl your eyebrows like howdy!!!!

Well done on your 5lb off this week!:happy096:

Losing weight is life transforming in so many ways...

Very sorry to hear you have split up as no matter the reason, it is always painful and it is only natural that you feel a loss in your life, give yourself time to grieve and come to terms with the changes it brings.

Like the old cliché it takes time to heal and move on...

When your daughter is gone put the focus on yourself and have some "me time".

As Nic has already mentioned look about some new hobbies, gym etc.

Well done for not comforting eating.

Great loss! And sorry to hear about your personal troubles with gf. She is probably jealous of you because you are thinner than her now lol jk haha.

Nervous worry causes you to losemore weight, but dont let yourself become anervous wreck. Life is too short, itwasnt meant to be, you haveyou little daughter who will be there forever. Things can only getbetter.

Keep up the good work and dont give in.
Fantastic loss hun, sorry to hear about the split, hope you are well xx

Sorry to hear about you and your GF, but I believe all things happen for a reason. Like some of the others have said...time for you now..get joining the gym. You'll meet loads of new people and be toning that ever shrinking body of yours. xx
