Week 10 WI day 75!!

    I have finally reached the 3st gone forever mark!! YES!!!

    Actually, it is nearly 4 st. if I count my WW loss from last X-mas.

    so this week was 3.5lbs which is fine(wanted 4 but WTH)

    this week I have learned that I have a hidden sweet tooth. Craving chocolate all week even though i hardly ever ate chocolate in the past(I was a savoury, crakers and cheese kinda gal)

    Oh, Im on day 75!!!(week 10 but extra 5 days from a change of WI dates)

    Overall, Im ahead of my goals by 2 weeks so WHOO HOO.

    Well done-that's a fantastic loss. It's funny how our tastes change isn't it-I haven't craved chocolate once since I started this diet, but I crave savoury stuff instead like marmite on toast!
