I had my 10th WI this morning and was gob smacked but delighted to have lost another 7lb
So was not expecting it so many weeks in and so glad after a half pound gain on my holiday (which I actually was quite pleased with - the old me would easily have put on 7lbs in a week's holiday
).
On top of this, I was on a girlie night out last night (stuck to water all night:innocent0002, had a great night out and a few friends I'd not seen for several months were astounded at my weight loss. I had a new hair cut too and a close friend who is doing CD with me said she would not have recognised me if I'd have walked past in the street, 'You look the nuts' was her comment (translation - You look good - lol!). For the first time in years, I didn't feel like the 'fat friend' that's come along to make up the numbers.
How fabulous is CD?!
