Week 11

Yehhaaaa!!!! :banana dancer::talk017: 4lbs off this week, Stuck to my guns and didn't stray from the LLL path - 11 weeks and 2 stone and 4lbs off. Been away for the weekend in France and Belgium as well, took my packs and didn't get pressured by all my boozy heavy eating pals, kept my goal in sight. It wasn't easy but I did it. Going on holiday for 2 weeks on Friday and confident that I can stick to the LLL path 80/20 per cent of the time.

Will check in in two weeks and let you know how I got on. Many thanks for all your wonderful support out there, especially sukie sue and minerva. I couldn't have doen it without you both, especially the last two weeks. Weeeehhhaaayyyyy!!!!!! xx

wow , well done p.r , should be very proud !!! enjoy youre holls , im off to the qm2 on the 1th too so will try to stick closely to week 3 lite rtm ) see how it goes , straight back on lite after thought to get the last stone off xxx

Just a quick update guys. Had my final weigh in before packing my bucket and spade - another 2 lbs off. Wehhhaaayyyy!!!!!! Must be the running I've started doing. It's hard but I really enjoy it. Going to have a universal body contour wrap today so that my body can be the best it can for me hols. I had one last week and lost 11 inches in two hours fandabbydoze - feeling good about baring me bare bones - well not entirely cos I'll have me cossie on - but it's a loose size 12. Gosh that feels good to say. See you in two weeks guys, keep on lighterlifing. xx
