Week 13 .... 4 stone 11lb gone

So got weighed this morning ...... 4.6lb lost with total of 4st 11.4lb lost - if you find it please destroy it as I really don't want it back!!

chuffed to bits, however on the down side I have now lost more than an elephants penis (off topic thread) ..... maybe instead of upgrading to the fats eaten by the average american I can combine them .....

So lost an elephants penis + 2 av human brains (that's about right this week .... having a very daft week!)
