    .... and I lost a pound! Though I was one of the some that 13 is unlucky for ..... then realised that if I was unlucky I'd have put weight on so I'm now happy with my pound :)

    you get weeks like that Katie and as we know... an off is an off so well done you :D (wouldn't it be nice to lose 4lbs every week!)

    Bex to be honest I knew I wouldn't get a good loss on the scales as I can see/notice the inch loss and the difference in my shape - so much so that today I even wore a fitted t-shirt (woooooh) and usually when I get a size difference then I don't get a good difference on the scales and I'd def rather have a size difference :D

    well done Katie, I lost 2 two weeks ago and was dissapointed because I had excersied like mad but my LLC calculated my months loss and it was a stone so that cheers you up when you calculate the total in the month, try it.xxxx
