Lost 2lb this week, same as last week. I know it is still a loss but im a bit deflated because I really miss my 4lb weekly losses. I had a fair few of them and now im just slowing down and its not like im even close to goal. I know I seem ungrateful but I had my christmas goal and if I only lose 2lb weekly now before refeed, I wont have met it. I have 10lb to go. Hopefully I will meet it. Also im getting so annoyed with my pharmacy not giving accurate results. Told me I was 13.7, I checked and I am 13.10. What the hell is it with them? I want my 4lb losses back again, I know I should be happy im even having a loss but when its going slow, its frustrating.

Well done Abs, I know it's a bit pants that feeling you get when you wished it was more, but it is still great to have lost 2. Try maybe increasing your exercise or something and you might get back to a higher loss next week, but you're doing great so don't let yourself get down about it x

Thanks everyone!

I'm having a bit of a dilemma now though. I've been out all day today and just got home and have not had a single one of my shakes. Do I just have a shake now and then a can of tuna??
I can't fit 3 into the space of 3-4 hours, nor would I think it's advisable, or should I just stay up all night??
I'm not wanting to eat for the hell of it, and I'd be eating something off the refeed sheet, it's just I don't see how it's possible for me to fit 3 shakes in.

What should I do??

Personally I'd have one now and then another before bed. Wouldn't bother with the tuna ...

I forgot to have lunch today too! X

I'm so sorry but I went with the the tuna in the end. I am so tired and what with the baby sleeping, didn't want to set the blender off so late as his room is right above the kitchen and you can hear a pin drop in this house the walls and floors are so thin.
I just had the tuna plain and it was only because of the situation today that I had it, tomorrow I'm back to normal until refeed. Wasn't even tempted to have anything else even though I know it could have been so easy to have gone that way.
Off to bed now as had such a long day and back to normal tomorrow. Hope I haven't let myself down now :(

Abbie?? have you seen what 2lbs of fat looks like? I dont have a pic but someone usually comes long with one. It is a great loss 2lbs of real fat not water but fat and you should be proud. xxx

I done that yesterday too hun... I only had time for my first shake so i had chicken and salad to make up for the 2 i missed... I suppose weighin on Monday will tell me whether i should or shouldn't have!! lol

Abbie 2lb is a great loss love.
As for the shakes I forget most days to have all three.
I've only been on this diet 7 weeks and I already have nearly 2 weeks supply left over.
How bad is that?
Everyday I say to myself 3 shakes today and even get all 3 out the cupboard but if I'm not hungry I just forget xxx
