well done. how about setting yourself some goals of getting into smaller clothes sizes, or walking a set route - as well as ticking off when you get into the 16 stones etc. nice bit of variety to keep checks on then.

I agree with Elle Emm, set yourself clothes size goals/exercise goals. You'll be surprised now that you're smaller at how much more you can achieve.
