OK... First 100% on track week since, well... time begun... (actually for about 3 weeks or so)
Anyway... I went for a weigh in tonight... Have been gym twice this week...
AND I LOST... 3.8KG... now... depending on what website you use, it varies from 6lbs to 11lbs loss!!! Weird!! But I think the official ratio is 1 kilo = 2.2lbs... so if we use that .... 3.8 x 2.2 = 8.36lbs
