Week 2 completed

Thats the weigh in for week 2 and as expected a lot smaller loss than last week with my body playing catch up. 3 Lbs down im expecting a good 5 or 6 lbs a week average from now on if the last time is anything to go by.
 
how is that a slow down, how many other times can you say ive lost 1 stone and 3 lbs well done mark, and you have to remember 1st week is alot of water weight hence the big losses
 
Well done Mark, your posts are inspirational, 17 lb in two weeks is great.
 
Cheers people. This happened last time aswell but after a that my losses levelled out to an average of 5-7 lbs a week so id be happy with something similar.
 
Good losses! What do you eat during the week?
 
All i have are 3 shakes a day and plenty of water.

I dont particularly like the soups and i find the bars too dry, but love the shakes.

Ah I see I don't think I would be able to do this. Need food! lol
 
You would be surprised how much you dont miss food once your into ketosis.
