I started slimming world 2 weeks ago as I hit a plateau and was told it may help. I have previously lost nearly 6 stone just eating sensibly but it seemed to slow right down. Week 1 was fantastic 5lb off, just got off tho scales week 2 lost absolutely NOTHING!! Feeling rather disheartened!! I do exercise quite a lot 4-5 days a week and it's normal 2 hour sessions or twice a day.
