Week 2 harder

Hi guys,

So I'm now in week two and feel worse than I did my first week. All I want to do is eat everything I see and I'm extremely tired. Shouldn't it be the other way round and like this on week 1 ??:-/ anyone else find the same?
 
I find it comes in waves, just keep drinking the water and focus on where you can be weight wise in a month or two if you stick to it x
 
Ha ha this is probably your mind playing tricks on you :p are you drinking enough?
 
I have done VLCD before and found you have to take it day by day; sometimes you feel great other days you're flagging. You're surviving on 600 - 800 cals a day so your body will moan about it every now and again. Be kind to yourself on grotty days - bath and early to bed. Remember the bigger picture and your end goal... dig as deep as you can. XX
