Week 2 on RTM

Thanks for the support everyone, well its going fine so far but I have to agree with you all I feel I am eating too much, but a bucket of salad and a chicken breast has only the same cals etc as a pack, I assume this is part of the learning curve I am going through. I am looking forward to the cooking sauces next week, any suggestions anyone?
