2.5 Kilo's or in "normal terms" 5.5 pounds SOOOOOOOOO

1 Stone and half a pound in 2 weeks

CDC is on vacation next week so will see her again on the 21 st June would love to have achieved my 10 Kilo (22 lbs) mini goal for then.

congrats, hope to get as much on my first weight in (which will occur at Diet Day 12...) well maybe not a stone but 5 Kilos ?
