    I've lost another 5 pounds which makes my loss 1 whole stone in 2 weeks!!!!!!!!! I'm so happy. I've been attempting to start this diet properly since december, and usually only last 1 day, so i'm really proud of myself. THanks to everyone on this board who are an inspiration :)
