well done lucy ! and well done for sticking with the diet even though you had a little slip. it does get you down at times and can be hard, just think of what you have lost already though hun, 16lbs in two weeks isnt bad going at all and by next week you will be even lighter! keep strong and dont be angry at yourself for cheating as it will make you even more likely to slip again,just look at it as a lesson learnt and move forward and you will get there xxxxxx
