week 2 weigh in

Going for my week 2 weigh in tommorow.
Daughter has removed scales and hidden them !!
Cos I keep getting on them...I know I've lost nothing this week :mad:
I know I'm eating all the wrong stuff, am I ?
2 weetabix /skimmed milk
2 slices dry toast (400g) scrambled egg no butter
no pastry quiche made with quark and batchelors pasta and sauce (yummy) with salad and potato wedges
or jacket tates /cheese/beans. I do eat more fruit and have mullerlight yogs. I have chicken breast and veg and watery gravy. Its ok but somedays its a struggle to find something different. Is this the right sort of stuff?

I havent told anyone at work or my family that im doing SW (just my sister- I can trust her), cos they will all talk about me behind my back like blinking chinese whispers. I dont want to hear --something said like '' she wont keep that up'' or ''about time''. I want to do it then hear people say ' are you losing weight?' and I wanna feel that 'BUZZ'
Just wish the BUZZ would come quicker !!
