    Lost(%):
    1st1.5lb(7.03%)
    Diet:
    slimming world
    Only lost 2lbs this week but totm still due. Not too sad about that as had a good loss last week.

    The inches have shown up this week.

    In two weeks I have lost

    0.5" off my bust
    3" off my hips
    3.5" off my waist
    0.5" off upper arms
    1" off thigh
