Hi everyone!!! I had my second weight in today so ive two weeks done now and its really getting easier!!! I think im getting in to the swing of it.
This week was tough at the start because i had an unrelated emotional upset and wanted to turn to food but thankfully i didnt. And now i know that food and drink wouldnt have stopped me from feeling upset. Ultimately it would have made me put on more weight and be more upset, so im thankful that im learning not to turn to food.
I was also confused this week because im sticking to it perfectly but when i weighed myself at home on friday ( i weigh in the pharmacy on mondays) id only lost a pound. I was very disapointed so i went to the pharmacy and i did only have a pound off. She said just to keep going and keep drinking losts of water and more'd prob come off over the weekend. I did do that.
Last week i lost 10lbs so i really wanted to loose 4 this week to make it to the stone. I weighed in today and she said id lost 3 lbs. I was a bit disapointed but still happy that im doing it. Then i came home and checked the print out and the 3lbs was only since my mid week weigh in. So in total i did loose my 4lbs this week!!!! So ive now lost a stone in my first two weeks and im thrilled!!!!!!!! Im now 14stone 4 pounds and going down. More importantly im learning how to not rely on food for comfort and support! Xx
