Well done.
I am on day 5 and feeling really hungry-craving stuff like Big mac and BK. Stuff I never used to eat anywany!!
Does week 2 get better and did you have these urges the first week.

I haven't had any cravings, but I did have a bad head for most of the first week.
This last week I have felt hunger at times, but it could be more to do with the fact that my boys have gone back to school and I feel a bit lost.
Got loads of energy and cant stop cleaning, which is so out of character gor me!! lol.
Anyway its your WI on Tuesday, so good luck and keep me posted.
