    Just got back from WI and lost another 6lb, I was hoping for 4 so really chuffed - here goes week 3:)

    Thanks everyone, it does feel great. I am really glad that I get weighed on a monday. I used to get weighed on a friday but it was very tempting to have a 'treat' over the weekend because had a week to make up for it. Getting weighed on a monday gives me focus to get through the weekend x
