I do plan on being careful while i'm away, which is novel for me. Usually I use a holiday as an excuse to eat everything in sight! We are on a budget, so will be eating convenience foods, but I will be making sensible choices. Usually a mcdonalds breakfast would be a sausage and egg muffin, just because I was in there, but I love porridge, and i eat it at home, so will be having an oats-so-simple instead. My 1 indulgence will be the Hard Rock Cafe on our last day. Lots of walking will be done, so that will hopefully help.
