Week 2 - WI

    Well this week has been pretty tough tbh, I have moved from SS to SS+ having some protein in the evenings which helps.

    In my mind I keep thinking why can I not just eat normally but halve the portion sizes surely I would lose weight as I am eating half of what I used to... still not got the answer to this or continuing.

    However I weighed myself today and I am under 16 stone..... hooray so have lost 14lbs in total in two weeks which is a great achievement and an incentive to keep going.

    Have also been to the gym a couple of times this week which is definitely helping with my energy levels.

    Good luck everyone else going for a WI.
