    Hello everyone, as always i hope that your all well and sticking with it.

    I'm sorry for being a miserable git last week, had a bit of a rubbish time lately and just not got any interest in anything really, but i'm starting to get back on track i think so fingers crossed everything will work out well in the end!

    Well i've had my weigh in and i've lost another 2lbs which i'm very happy with, I didnt' actually do any excersise this week due to some pain relief patches the doctor gave me so a loss is a miracle really. lol.
