Up 2lbs but was on a training course and had to come off the plan:mad: Back on 100% today so fingers crossed for a good weigh in next week x

Week 2 -2lbs 17st 1lbs

Week 3 +2lbs 17st 3lbs - was on a course from work had to come off it:mad:

Chin up Chelle. I think that a 2lb gain isn't a lot considering the circumstances and in the grand scheme of things it's nothing. Keep on track now and I'm sure you'll have a really good loss next week. Good luck.
