Week 3 - Lost nearly 2st in 2 wks!!!! OMG

Really chuffed guys!..Its my 3rd weigh in and Ive lost another 4Ibs which is tres cool!

This means in total I`ve lost 1st 12Ibs in 2 weeks!!!! as this is the start of week 3 for me!...

It can be done!.. got 6 more stone to lose though so still a long way to go.. but Im determined!!
