I was so excited to go weigh in tonight. My trousers I had bought four weeks ago were sagging everywhere and I had to keep pulling my underwear up all day (shopping trip for really cheap underwear until I'm off the diet coming up). I was going to be happy with three but was aiming for at least four-five pounds and I lost 4 1/2 lbs for a total of 19 1/2 in three weeks. It's absolutely brilliant. I don't feel hungry. I can cook and even touch food I'm preparing. It just doesn't bother me anymore because I know I'm going to be wearing that red dress soon and my Husband is going to be literally sweeping me off my feet while we are dancing to "Lady In Red". That's my goal. Although being able to indulge in some macaroni and cheese still comes in a close second! LOL.
