    At first I thought it wasn't enough, but I know that really (especially for the 810 plan) 3lbs is okay.

    Aiming for 4lbs next week though :D

    Well done, Honey, 3 pounds is great on 810 :) I only lost 2 pounds on sole source!!

    Like Yummy I lost 2 pounds Sole Source. You lost 50% more on 810. Lucky you. Remember the "slow an steady" tortoise won the race! (And, CD is so much faster than many diets.)
