If your feeling disheartened with your weight loss then get the tape measure out, you'd be surprised at the inches you've lost instead. Keep online and that will stop any temptation creeping in

OK so let me just see if I have this right? You have lost 20lbs in 3 weeks and you are disappointed? Are you NUTS? That is almost half a stone a week! That is fantastic!!!! Kick yourself in the backside and get out of that worried mood! I want to see at least breezy or buzzed!!! LOL!

20lbs in three weeks is amazing...its nearly a stone and a half! You cannot possibly continue losing at the same rate!! 3lbs is fantastic...a bag and a half of sugar's worth!

Well done, 3lb is not to be sniffed at! But you must stop eating other things, you simply cant eat other things then cry about your loss!
