hey all went for my third weigh in and lost 3 lbs only and this really pissed me off i know i have had the poached egg but drank loads of water and still in ketosis been on for 2 weeks now and really heavy not like spotting and feeling at the end of my tether i could do with a boost in weight loss do know what i could do tfr is about as desparate as u can go and 8 liters of water a day will i last my dream goal is 10 stone am at the mo 12.9 still a long way to go and i am hoping that by christmas at hubby;s work do i look a million bucks well maybe £ LOL but i am tiered of being the fat wife at the do u know the one that is great conversation and always chatty but sat down for fear of blocking the light anywho lets see how this week goes any tips on making the time go by faster
