I have lost 3lb in 6 days this week, So I am happy with that...It's all adding up :D
I am going to introduce more exercise this week as I have not felt like it since I started it, But the sooner I start exercising the more I will burn off and start to tone up a bit..Week 4 bring it on :p

Great Laura,keep up the good work,Ive started on the exercise bike,20 mins daily at the mo.Its hard on the posterior!

well done laura thats great - 22lb in 3 weeks, how fab is that!! 6lb more and you will have hit the 2 stone mark already!! good luck with the exercise, i find cardiovascular exercise quite hard because I feel like i'm going to faint if i go too far, so i've started up doing yoga and toning exercises like sit ups. I've got a strider in my garden as well that i use most nights which is just like going for a brisk walk. xxx
