Hi everyone, I am really pleased!!:D My blood pressure has stabilised, still on the low side, but ok. I have been having 2 shakes and a light meal (not many carbs) and have still lost 2 kgs this week!!!! YEEAAAHHHH!!!
That is a stone down.

Ahh, you may be jealous... but look at your weight loss compared to mine!! It is going to take me much longer to get to goal, and it will cost me loads more too :(
But on the bright side, I am still losing, and I don't feel as though I am losing control over the fact that I am eating... which is a bonus!
You are doing so fantastically well!!!!
You look like a different bloke!!!

Hi Lisa, amazing weight loss while you are re-feeding. I'm looking to your example to show me how it's done! I'm nervous about it and a bit scared I might fall off the wagon big time, once I get a taste of real food!!!
